Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about private transfers in Crete and lets customers request and manage bookings. A custom or changed price becomes binding only after the customer accepts it and we confirm the booking.

Booking Terms

These terms apply to transfer requests made through the Website. The booking summary shown before submission forms part of the request.

• A fixed price request becomes a confirmed booking when we issue a booking confirmation. A free custom quote creates no payment obligation. A custom or changed price becomes binding only after you accept it and we confirm the booking.
• Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes and standard fees. Any charge for an added stop or requested change is shown and agreed before the transfer.
• No online payment is taken. For a confirmed transfer, you pay the driver on arrival by cash or card. The confirmation states the total price and service details.
• You may cancel free of charge until 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Use the order page or contact us. For a later cancellation or change, contact us promptly so we can explain the available options before any action is taken.
• The person booking must be at least 18 and must provide accurate contact, route, pickup, passenger, luggage, child seat and flight details. Check and correct the summary before submitting. Contact us if anything changes.
• We monitor a supplied flight number and do not add a charge for normal flight delays. Tell us promptly about a cancellation, diversion or major schedule change.
• Unless the confirmation clearly identifies another contracting carrier, the Company is the contracting service provider. A licensed cooperating driver or carrier may perform the transfer. We remain your booking contact.
• The contract language is the language selected on the Website. We keep the booking record and send an acknowledgement or confirmation by email. You can retrieve a recent request through the order page or ask us for a copy.
• Follow the meeting point instructions in the confirmation and keep the supplied telephone available near pickup time. If you cannot find the driver, contact us before leaving. We do not add a waiting time or no show charge unless it was disclosed and agreed before confirmation.

Intellectual Property

Website text, images, graphics, logos and layout are owned by the Company or used under a valid licence. Greek and European Union intellectual property law protects them. Reproduction, distribution, modification or use without written permission is prohibited unless the law permits it.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to keep Website information accurate and available. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where Greek or European Union law does not allow it, including mandatory consumer rights.

External Links

The Website and service emails may link to map, messaging, calendar and review services. A third party controls its own content, terms and privacy practices after you choose to open its service.

Privacy, Cookies and Analytics

The Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data, cookies and browser storage. You can accept, reject or change optional categories in Cookie settings. When optional measurement storage is unavailable or refused, the Website may retain only a broad booking source as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please contact us first so we can investigate a complaint. You may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman for information or alternative dispute resolution where that body is competent. The discontinued European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform is not used.

If you meet a barrier or need help completing a booking, contact us by phone or email and we will offer an appropriate alternative. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Greek law governs the Website and confirmed transfers. The competent Greek courts may hear a dispute. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction right that applies to you.
