Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about private taxi, minivan and minibus transfers in Crete and enables users to request and manage booking requests for such services. Booking confirmations, 24-hour pickup reminders, cancellation notices, price-change acceptance links, optional calendar links/files and optional post-transfer review requests for completed bookings may be sent by email as part of the service and customer-care process. If a route requires a custom price or an existing price changes, the booking may remain pending until the customer accepts or declines the proposed price.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by the Company or used under valid license and is protected by Greek and EU intellectual-property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the content without prior written consent is prohibited, unless otherwise permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure all information is accurate and up to date but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or availability at all times. The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the Website, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

These are provided for convenience only. The Company is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices or security of third-party websites after you choose to open them.

The Website uses necessary cookies/local storage for the booking form, language and cookie preferences, admin access/session and security. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads and similar technologies are used according to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy, including the primary website_booking_request conversion and secondary website_booking_confirmed conversion where applicable. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are used for site verification, sitemap submission, indexing diagnostics and search-performance reporting. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are not required to use the Website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Use of the Website and any related dispute is governed by Greek law. The competent courts of Heraklion, Crete have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
